Cancellation or Withdrawal from Workshops
(Refund)
Due to limited spacing in most Explore Within programs, clients registering and then later requesting to withdraw from workshops may prevent other clients from registering. Therefore, for Introductory Classes and Workshops, clients requesting to cancel their registration or otherwise withdraw from a program will be subject to the following administrative fee schedule:
At least 7 days’ notice prior to the first scheduled class: refund of cost of workshop minus a 20% administration fee
Less than 7 days but greater than or equal to 72 hours’ notice prior to the first scheduled class: refund of cost of workshop minus a 50% administration fee
Less than 72 hours’ notice prior to the first scheduled class: NO REFUND
Transferring Program Registration
Clients wishing to transfer their registration for a workshop to a future scheduled workshop may chose to do so at no cost by notifying Explore Within management at least 7 days prior to the first scheduled class of the registered workshop. Clients wishing to transfer their registration on short notice (less than 7 days but greater than or equal to 72 hours) will be required to pay a $50 administration fee. Clients may not transfer their registration with less than 72 hours notice.
If clients choose to postpone their registration but do not specify which future scheduled workshop they wish to register, it is incumbent upon the client to notify Explore Within management which workshop they wish to apply their registration. Clients must specify and attend a workshop no later than 6 months from the date of initial registration. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-redeemable after 6 months from the date of initial registration.
Clients may transfer their registration to another person (for the same program set prior to first class start date) or to an earlier scheduled-program or workshop at no charge (providing there are spots available).
Clients may use registration fees towards coaching appointments
